Our property focuses on practical comfort, clean spaces, and a warm local experience rather than luxury hotel-style amenities.
The property consists of multiple private groupstay units designed specifically for large groups. Each unit can accommodate up to 10 guests and includes:

Please note that Casa Amul is designed as a group accommodation setup. Rooms are functional, space-efficient, and optimized for shared stays. Guests should expect a practical and organized layout suited for group travel.
The property includes common walkways, shared exterior areas, and open spaces where guests may occasionally encounter other groups staying on the property. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours and respect shared spaces to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

To help guests experience Malaybalay like a local, Casa Amul intentionally does not provide a kitchen or cooking facilities inside rooms. Instead, we are conveniently located near:
Capitol Grounds food stands
Local karinderyas
Cafés and milk tea shops
Nearby restaurants and convenience stores
Guests are welcome to bring outside food into their rooms, but cooking inside the property is not allowed for safety and cleanliness reasons.
Strictly no pets allowed inside the property or rooms. This policy helps us maintain cleanliness, minimize allergens, and provide a comfortable environment for all guests.
Because Casa Amul is designed for group stays, guests may hear normal sounds from neighboring units during busy weekends, holidays, or peak travel seasons. We enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests can rest comfortably.
Reservation dates are blocked exclusively for your group once confirmed. Please book carefully as large group accommodations are limited.

Our on-site caretaker is available to assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout the stay if needed.
Other things to note
Please note that water supply in some areas of Malaybalay City may occasionally be affected during power outages since Casa Amul uses a water pump system to help maintain steady water flow throughout the property. In the event of a brownout, water supply may temporarily stop. A backup water container and pail are provided inside the bathroom for guest convenience. We kindly recommend keeping the pail filled whenever water is available, especially at night, to ensure sufficient water supply during your stay.
