The space
The house is modern with a double-height living room, gourmet kitchen, two internet providers and a generator.
The outdoor area has a pizza oven and a Weber and charcoal barbecue, along with several leisure activities: darts, buoys, a hammock that can be set up on site, 1 kayak, 1 stand-up paddleboard and a ping pong table. Speedboats and jet skis can be rented separately from partner companies.
Barbecue chef, sailor, maids and holders can be hired and are already accustomed to receiving guests (The house has dependence on employees). Everyone has been trained to follow the safety procedures against the pandemic. Possibility of hiring the fishing experience with an experienced diver (available in the photos). In the condominium, live music and DJs are prohibited because the houses are very close together, and because of the sea, the sound reverberates along the coast. The seventh bedroom of the house is for nannies!

1.Check-in and check-out
Gentileza informs arrival time for us to organize your reception. Sonho, an employee of the condominium, will be waiting for you at the guardhouse and will direct you to the house and help you with all the luggage. At check-out he will also help with luggage, don't worry, it's a courtesy of the place! As mentioned on the site, the house is not prepared for the elderly or disabled.
We ask you to bring a small suitcase each, as transport and housekeeping are faster.
2.Equipment and Bed linen
The house is well equipped with sheets, covers, bath towels, pool towels and mineral water. Trazer hat, beachwear, Hawaiian, sunscreen, perfumery, shampoo and other personal products. High heel does not work well on site! The bathrooms are equipped with soap and toilet paper. We have on site two ponds, bathtubs and toys for children as a courtesy. Children's personal sheets must be taken by guests.
3. Local staff
We indicate for the greatest comfort and safety of the stay that you rent the house with the cook, and with another person who manages everything (package 6/8 people), and who makes the house work. This same person also serves as a bar, barbecue and pizza service. The house is very equipped and needs people for it to work well!
With maximum capacity of the house, we recommend a kitchen assistant.
The payment is made at checkout and made directly to the employees.
In case they want to take their own cook, it's possible, as we have dependencies for employees.
Staff hours: 8 hrs of work and schedules can be negotiated with them! I usually ask the maid to arrive at 8 hrs.

The house is in a fishing point. It is possible to dive all over the tip and fish for sea bass, octopus and lobsters!
We are at the closest point to Ilha Grande (10 minutes from Saco do Céu, near Vila de Abrahão. On one side of Ilha Grande: Saco do Céu, Palmas, Lopes Mendes. On the other side: Bananal with the fish nursery that can be bought on time,
Fort site with the small oyster and scallop farm float, Blue Lagoon and Dentist's Beach (Badalação). We usually leave at 11am by motorboat and return 16hs .Because this we have a good breakfast and then make a "lunch". A large meal and/or barbecue.
We suggest that you rent a good speedboat for Lopes Mendes in the open sea.
5. Alimentação
Shopping :
It is best to buy everything before online for you to arrive with the whole house organized.
Vila Faço gets online in the South Zone because the products are great and they deliver on site for the maid to prepare everything. I already arrive with the ready food! Buying a lot of liquid and beer. Consumption is always much higher than expected because of the heat. I always buy a lot of beer and end up missing.
Delivery:
The local supermarket delivers the day.
We have good fishermen who deliver us fresh fish and all the seafood caught in the region and near the house.

6. Extra guests
The stay is agreed earlier with the number of guests quoted on the site by the buyer.
Any eventuality must be communicated and we may charge for extra rooms.

1. No smoking inside the house and in an enclosed and covered area;
2. PETS only with prior consultation;
3. Only persons listed in the rental agreement may remain in the property;
4. Parties will only be allowed upon prior notice to the administrator at the time of lease of the property;
5. Take care of the house as you would like them to take care of your home. Whatever is damaged will be charged!

The house is not adapted for the elderly. We can arrange the crossing . 15 laundry . 1 sheet, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, and 1 pool towel will be provided per person, per stay, plus covers and/or blankets.
