🔥 Spa heats quickly (25º/hour) and is included in the cost of your stay
💦 Pool heating available for a fee. $75/day (Nov–Mar), $55/day (Apr–Oct). 3-day minimum—please request in advance. The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the mid May to late August.

- Cabinet in garage
- 4 bikes in the garage (for owner use only — please do not touch)
Other things to note
HOA RULES: Located in Rancho Vistoso, there are several important neighborhood rules that must be followed to be respectful of the community. In communal areas like the nearby park: no smoking/tobacco use, no alcohol, no motorized devices like scooters, and no persons in the park after 10pm.
Other important things to know:
• Driveway & garage allows up to 4 cars (no street parking per HOA)
• No parties, large gatherings, or events—ever
• Outdoor quiet hours: 10pm–8am
• Sleeps 8 max (includes adults + kids, $100 per person fee for more than 8)
• No couch sleeping or additional guests
• Mid-stay cleaning included for 14+ day bookings
• Great weather out? It's ok to open the accordion slider! To conserve energy, the HVAC auto-shuts off if the slider is open for 5 mins and turns back on when closed.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Optional upgrades we offer are pool heat, half day upgrades, yoga and sound bath experience, and during-stay housekeeping services. Inquire for more info if you are interested.
