Casa Primo Sole is set on the third floor of a small complex of only eight units, with lift, private garage, three bedrooms and two bathroom.

As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a wonderful bright lake view open plan living space with large window doors.

Relax and unwind on the comfy sofa whilst watching a film on the 32 inch Smart TV or curl up with a captivating book chosen from our book case.

Venture outside to the inviting terrace, where a breathtaking view on the lake and the mountains awaits. Whether it's a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, this outdoor oasis is your private escape.

The modern kitchen is well equipped inviting you to prepare delightful meals or simply savor a cup of coffee.

A special highlight is the winter garden flooded with natural light and a gas wood burner in the corner which sets the stage for evenings filled with laughter and relaxation.

The apartment boasts a bedroom and bathroom on each floor for a little added privacy.

Stairs take you up to the upper level where dreams are sure to be sweet. You’ll find a spacious bedroom with king size bed and working space, air conditioning and wardrobe space, a separate room with a single bed and wardrobe space.

With two bathrooms one with bathtub downstairs and one upstairs with a shower, convenience is key, ensuring everyone can freshen up before embarking on the day's adventures.

Upstairs you’ll find a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Casa Primo Sole has its own garden space.

For those traveling by car, worry not – parking is provided in the private garage with space for 2 cars, which is a rare find especially in high season.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole apartment with private terrace with lake view and private garden round the back. Garage for two cars or bike storage included.

Other things to note
★ Floor heating is considered extra and will be paid according to usage after reading the meter (€1,50/m3) from November to May.

★ We love animals and they are welcome UPON REQUEST, if you decide to bring your pet along, we charge an additional 50€ per pet per stay.

★ Guest registration: In accordance with Italian law, we must collect a copy of a valid ID or passport for all guests. You will receive a secure link to upload the required information before arrival.

★ Upon departure guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax in cash (€1 per person over 12yrs and per night for a maximum of 14 nights).
