Casa Maringa is a spacious, tastefully & fully furnished 10-person villa, with spectacular views of both the valley and the iconic Montgó. The casa is facing South, so you can enjoy the (winter)sun all day. There are also plenty of shade spots, in the characteristic naya or under the generous pergola (with outdoor kitchen) & (tiki)umbrellas.
Our casa has a wonderfully quiet location, but you will find the cozy old town of Jàvea, the harbor & the beautiful beaches within 10 minutes.

Casa Maringa
Casa Maringa is a spacious, sunny & cozy casa, with a rental license up to 10 guests. The casa is built on 4 floors and has 4 bedrooms with 4 different color schemes (blue, pink, gray, and green). In the gray and green bedrooms, there are 2 single 90x200cm beds. These can be combined to form a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. You can indicate your preferred configuration at the time of booking. In the other 2 rooms, there are double beds. In addition, the spacious sofa in the living/dining room can be transformed into a lovely double bed (with separate topper for protection & hygiene). The living/dining area also has a spacious 10-person dining area. There are also many games for young and old there and there is a smart TV that can be operated via your phone (smart view).
We also have two baby beds available including luxury mattresses & undercoats. Our casa has air conditioning in every bedroom + living room. In addition, Casa Maringa has 25 windows, all of which have screens and electric shutters. The casa has three bathrooms and a separate guest toilet in the hall at the entrance.
The spacious kitchen features a 4-person dining area (also often used for working, as the kitchen is lockable) with great views over the pool and valley. It has a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic stovetop, oven, 2 countertop refrigerators, 1 countertop freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and well-stocked drawers and cabinets (with kitchen utensils & tableware). You can set up a beautiful & festive table!
From the kitchen & living room, you can walk to the naya, the cozy covered terrace with breathtaking views over the valley with the town of Gata de Gorgos and the ridges located behind it. Especially the sunset is sublime and the daily thing on the cake. The view of the top of the Montgó (753 meters) is also really beautiful from the casa. This iconic Montgó gives warm orange/pink/yellow tones, which are discolored throughout the day due to the difference of light.
The casa is located on a plot of 1500m2, the casa itself is 324m2. On the property is parking for at least 6 cars.
Our casa is located a little higher on the Montgó (at +/- 200 meters) in a very luxurious, quiet and well maintained villa district. From the main road from Jávea to Jesus Pobre, drive up to our casa within 3 minutes. At this exit is a small but nice supermarket (7 days p/w open & they have delicious fresh bread daily) and there is also a Dutch speaking doctor.
The naya is furnished with a dining area for 4 to 8 people (with an extendable table) and a spacious lounge set (3-person sofa + 2 chairs & coffee table). Left behind the lounge corner, you will see the robust wooden pergola (+/- 40m2) with the modern "Ibiza Style" outdoor kitchen (anno 2025). This outdoor kitchen features a bar (with bar stools) with spectacular views over the valley, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Weber gas BBQ with supplies, a spacious 10-person dining area (with breathtaking views of the setting sun), a tray, placemats, water jugs, cutting boards, bowls, plastic (drinking) tableware, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket, and a first aid kit. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with dimmable lighting for long cozy evenings. There are also plenty of sockets & Wi-Fi available to work there if necessary.
Casa Maringa features a huge terrace enclosed by a balustrade, with 1 large tiki umbrella (with automatic lighting), 2 folding umbrellas, and 8 sun loungers. The large swimming pool (+/- 50m2), in the form of a half circle, has a shallow and a deep section and can be entered via a built-in staircase. The pool is not heated. In the evening, the pool lighting can be set to the color of your choice using a remote control. Next to the swimming pool is also an outdoor shower (with a beautiful view).
Behind the casa is a large artificial grass field (+/- 35 meters long). This field is fenced by fences (height 1 mtr) with a door at both ends. The field has a ping pong table (+supplies) & 2 football goals. Of course, this field can also be used for other sports activities, for example CrossFit workouts, yoga & pilatus. Even if you want to exercise in the evening, this is possible, because there is separate sports lighting at the artificial grass field (to be turned on and off manually).
Furthermore, the entire garden has automatic lighting, also the lamps at the gate turn off and on automatically. The gate opens and closes with a remote control which you will get at check-in.
All in all, Casa Maringa is fully furnished to give you and your loved ones, such a relaxed vacation.
