Our nice newly-renovated townhouse Casa Isabell is located in the quiet and well-kept association El Chorrillo on Calle Frigiliana in Nerja's best area, Parador. From Casa Isabell you are close to everything, both to the beach and to the city center. It is only 150 meters to Playa Carabeo and Playa Carabeillo and only a stone's throw to Playa Burriana. In addition, it is only a 5-minute walk, without any hills, to Balcón de Europa and the old town.

Casa Isabell is 67 sqm on 2 floors and offers a total of 4 beds + large roof terrace.
On the ground floor, there is a nice living room with AC and a large connecting outdoor terrace in the west with an exclusive Napoleon grill. Furthermore, there is a complete and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. On the first floor, there is also a fresh and nice guest toilet. The entire ground floor is newly renovated in 2025!
The second floor contains two nice bedrooms with AC in both bedrooms and with a total of 4 beds (new beds and mattresses of high Swedish standard). The second floor also has a well-sized, fresh and tastefully decorated bathroom with shower, toilet and heating. The entire second floor is newly renovated in 2025!
Casa Isabell also has its own private and fresh roof terrace of about 20 sqm with sunlight from morning to night and overlooking the area's shared pool and green area. Between the houses in the surroundings, you can also see the sea. The roof terrace is equipped with both outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

The area's common pool and pool area (about 15 meters from the house) is free to use whenever you want during the day and early evening (seasonally open).

Right next to Casa Isabell is our association's well-kept, lush and private green area. Just open the door to Casa Isabell and access our beautiful green area with lawn, flower beds, bushes and park benches next to shady trees.
About the area/Området:
Very close to Casa Isabell there are many good restaurants, bars, shops and much more. Despite its very central location, Casa Isabell is calm and quiet without any disturbing surroundings. You can't actually live better than this!
Other things to note
Casa Isabell is rented out weekly with changeover day on Saturdays.
No smoking or pets are allowed in Casa Isabell.
