1. You can rebook your reservation only within 10 days prior to the original booking date.
2. An accurate guest count must be provided. (Unannounced guests will be charged 500 / per head)
3. Checkout time is 11 am (Late Check-out

4. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. This is to maintain a hygienic environment for all guests and to prevent any potential damages caused by pets. (Pet Penalty

5. Cigarettes and E-Cigarettes are only allowed outdoors. Please dispose cigarettes and ashes properly. (Smoking Penalty

6. Guests must be aware of noise levels beyond 12 PM to avoid disturbing other residents in the area.
8. Please note that any missing or damaged item/s will incur corresponding charges.
9. The host are not liable for any incidents or accidents that may occur during your stay.
*We kindly ask that all activities conducted inside the house be safe.
10. If guests wish to decorate the place, they must first seek approval, and only paper tape is allowed for sticking decorations.
*Guests are also responsible for removing all decorations before checking out.

Lastly, it is also requested that guests take care of the Casa G&D as if it were their own home to ensure its longevity and maintain its beauty.

Our location makes an ideal getaway for hiking Mount Batulao and biking along the rolling hills of Calatagan and Nasugbu.
