Stay in a completely renovated apartment on the first floor of a detached house from 1900 in the center of Malmsheim (Renningen).
A large bed (180 × 200), private shower and toilet, living room with coffee bar and a small tea kitchen await you. Wi-Fi and a workstation. Enjoy the beautiful design and the good S-Bahn connection. The apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Children's equipment is available.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200, brand new bedding) and a clothes rack.
In the private shower and toilet there is everything you could ever need (towels, shampoo, hairdryer...).
Right next to your room is a lounge / living room (for you only) with couch, TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining table.
There is also a small kitchen, unfortunately it is not possible to cook with heat in the kitchen (safety reasons). However, you have the option to prepare amazing meals, such as salads, or buy pre-cooked meals and warm them up in the microwave.
If you want to do your laundry with us, this can be arranged for an extra charge.
