Live like a ranch hand at the Equestrian Center at Rocky Point Preserve in this newly renovated private suite. Our secluded 260-acre Nature Preserve is located only 2 miles from I-80 and minutes from shopping, skiing, and dining in Park City. The preserve features miles of marked trails, an equestrian center, trail riding, and an outdoor arena. Enjoy the seclusion and stay connected with high-speed internet.

You will enjoy the privacy of a bedroom and a private bathroom.

The space
Our horses are pasture-boarded so you will be the only guests using the stables. We will access the public areas in the barn to access feed and prepair the horses for rides. The suite is private and for your exclusive use.

Whether you stay at the Stable Suite or the Guest Cabin, there is always something great to experience at Rocky Point Preserve. Consider a visit from September through early October and enjoy the elk. A large herd of elk rut during the fall and guests can view and hear the bugling as the most dominant males compete for breeding rights.

If you need more room, the three-bedroom Guest Cabin is available on the property only a short walk from the Stables.

Guest access
The private drive to the stables is paved however it can be icy and snowy in the winter. Please plan to have a 4-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive with good tires from late November - March.

If using no ride sharing while visiting in the winter, make sure to specify the car has 4-wheel or all-wheel drive.

Other things to note
You will be the only guest in the stables.
