This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
This beautiful apt is located on a 21th floor in San Juan with an amazing view. This apt is ideal for a group of 4 or a family of 4. It is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay and a wonderful experience. Just steps from the Convention District and entretaiment center and walking distance to restaurants, bars, hotels, casinos and grocery store. Just 8 min to Old SJ, 4 min to the closest beach and 12 min from the airport. Centric to all the entretaiment and touristic places.

Other things to note
Power outages are common in Puerto Rico due to the weak power grid after hurricane Maria. It doesn't happen all the time but it can. If it happens during your stay we won’t be able to make you refund because is something out of our control, unless we agree to. Usually they don't last for more than 2 hours. Please note that the building is an old one and the elevators can be slow and challenging at times.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

The apartment is located in a centric safe area, minutes from hotels, casinos, nightlife, and high and restaurants. Convention center and T-Mobile district is just across the building. You also will find many fast foods and inexpensive dining options within walking distance or delivery (Uber Eats, UVA!). You can stroll on the sidewalks in the area until fairly late at night, since the local police has a significant presence throughout.

Mall of San Juan and Plaza Las Americas Mall, are just 15 minutes away by car. El Yunque Rain Forest is 45 minutes away drive, Old San Juan is 8 minutes, Condado 6 minutes and closest beach (El Escambron Beach) just 6 minutes.
