Fully equipped and very functional apartment on the 1st floor of a recent residence : 2 bedrooms each with their TV (1 large bedroom with queen size bed 160cm, 1 room with 2 single beds 90cm that can be joined), bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer), separate toilet, kitchen with all the equipment for cooking (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hood, microwave, complete dishes, nespresso and tea.), dining table, living room with sofabed with a real mattress, nice balcony overlooking the courtyard of the residence.

The apartment is also located in pedestrian area, no car noise at the foot of the building.
Private parking in the basement (max height 2m).

The apartment is located just 15-20 minutes walk from the entrance of Disneyland parks or 1 RER station (4mn).
