Fresh & trendy duplex apartment in a prime location with a garage box under Hendrikaplein; beach just around the corner, beautiful Fabreplein with the famous turtle and canal with a walking promenade nearby. All amenities and a shopping street within a radius of 50 m. Located on the 4th & 5th floors of the beautiful Lighthouse Promenade with a spacious south-facing terrace, a beautiful living and dining area, and a modern equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms & bathroom; downstairs: shower with an additional half-bath. Includes Wi-Fi. Bath/bed linens optional

The space
Via the lift or the stairs you enter the 4th floor in the entrance hall with built-in cloakroom cabinet and videophony. On the left is a room with toilet, walk-in rain shower and hand washer. Furthermore, you go to the sitting room, the dining room and the kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a spacious storage room. Adjacent to the sitting room, a large sliding door opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace. The terrace table and chairs are ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. There were also 2 comfortable lounge chairs outside.

Along the spiral staircase you will come to the 5th floor with the following rooms:
• Room 1: a double bed with a large built in closet with racks and hangers
• Room 2 : a double bed with a changing table
• Room 3 : a bunk bed and a desk
• Bathroom : with bathtub, rain shower, wide washbasin and toilet

There is Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (with a booster on the top floor)
There is a baby-chair and a baby-bed (with comfortable mattress) available.

We also have a garage box available for our guests under the nearby Hendrikaplein. The maximum entrance height of the garage is 1.87 m.

Guest access
Guests have a full apartment with private entrance. Each tenant can - if desired - use a garage box during the rental period under the Hendrikaplein, which is located nearby and on the dike.

Other things to note
For the summer months, a quality windscreen, sun beds and beach chairs are available for our tenants in the garage.

The apartment building designed by top architect Marc Corbiau is located in the vibrant heart of Nieuwpoort bath opposite the beautifully restored art-deco building 'Villa Hurlebise' (future office for tourism), and a few meters from Hendrikaplein with the iconic Grand Hôtel des Bains (also an art-deco pearl that will be restored to its former glory from 2021).

From the Lighthouse promenade, which is located on the ground floor, you can walk past the beautiful shops towards the nearby canal with the many passing sailboats, or you can choose to land along the Fabreplein (with the artwork 'Searching for Utopia') and the cultural center Ysara directly in the rear Prince Mauritspark: a green oasis that lends itself perfectly to strolling around, jogging, visiting the playground, picnicking, ... Also the nearby ferry takes you in a few moments to the east bank of the canal where you can relax and enjoy the nature reserve the IJsemünd.

An additional advantage of the apartment is that you get directly to the Zeedijk via the elevator and the underground garage so that the beach is also nearby.
