The space
Some apartments tolerate working from them. This one is set up for it. Fast fibre, a dedicated workspace, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that flood the room with natural light all day, and a private balcony on the second floor of The Docklands where the Cape Town skyline sits quietly in the background while you get things done.
When you're finished, it's all still there.
The apartment is north-facing, which means genuine warmth and light throughout the day — particularly welcome during the Cape winter months when the city is quieter and the sunsets come early and golden across the horizon.
