Overlooking the ocean, you will fully enjoy the magnificent sunsets and the spectacle of whales during the winter period, by the pool.
Ideal for a stay dedicated to rest and relaxation.

The space
The villa, with an area of approximately 115 m2, on one level, is equipped with 3 separate double bedrooms, one with a bathtub.
The villa has a bathroom with walk-in shower, cabinet with double sinks and separate toilet outside the bathroom.
An equipped kitchen located at the entrance of the house, sea side with access to the terrace is open to the living area equipped with a corner sofa and a flat screen.
A covered terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge and dining table gives direct access to the saltwater pool, heated (between 25°C and 28°C) from June to September, surrounded by a deck of about 50 m2.
