Beautiful newly built house in a prime location with infinity pool and panoramic views of the São Sebastião canal. Close to the Historic Center, in front of Santa Tereza beach, in the North of Ilhabela. Surrounded by woods, we have 3 suites overlooking the sea and an accessible suite on the ground floor. Entering through the garden, there is also a small apartment under the pool deck, with a separate entrance, whose rental is separate from the house. A vehicle is required for this accommodation.

The space
Privileged location in a prime area of Ilhabela, the residential is a 15-minute walk from the village (Historic Center), very close to the Yacht Club. No neighbors around, total privacy!
New, spacious and comfortable house.

Guest access
In addition to the private swimming pool in the house, there is another swimming pool in the residential common area. The house is on top of a hill surrounded by Atlantic forest and with a panoramic view of the São Sebastião Canal.

Other things to note
ATTENTION! Like every house with a view in Ilhabela, the property is on a slope. The ascent is paved with cobblestones, so on rainy days, vehicles with a very weak engine such as 1.0, have a little difficulty climbing. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR GUESTS WITHOUT A VEHICLE.
