Relax in a cozy KING-SIZED bed in this ROOM w/shared upstairs bath & kitchenette. Walk to downtown eateries just 0.3 mi away. This is a 2 story vintage home is the downtown Twin Falls area. Across the hall is a 1/2 bath & 1/4 (shower room) is just a few more steps away. Main level includes porch seating, extra full bath & den w/ Roku TV. To maintain a quiet bedroom area, there are no tv’s in the bedrooms or upstairs. 2 Upstairs Guest Rooms available. Hosts live on the main level. Street parking.

The space
ROOM Description: This is an upstairs king-size bed Guest Room in a vintage home. Your Guest Room features a comfortable King-Size bed with a high density foam top, light up headboard, roll top desk and chair, wooden shelves and drawers, vintage leather top end table, upholstered rocking chair, ceiling light, large wall mirror, light, and a large walk-in "trunk room" style closet. During the summer months, there will also be a window air. To maintain a quiet upstairs atmosphere for other potential guests, we have opted to not install any TV's upstairs. There is a TV in the den located on the main level.

SHARED Area (Upstairs): UPSTAIRS shared 1/2 bath, shower room, & kitchenette. There is a 2nd UPSTAIRS Guest Room.

Main Floor/Level: Enjoy watching your favorite movies or shows! We welcome guests to use our Roku TV in the shared den. There’s also a second shared bathroom on this Main floor.

A Little History: Our home was built in 1908 as was one of the original “contributing” townsite homes. We are located in the historic downtown area and within walking distance to downtown restaurants, breweries, The Orpheum, City Park events, seasonal Downtown events, and the whimsical Mary Alice community park. Over the past century, our home has gone through many changes. Its history from the beginning includes welcoming guests and residents.

Our property is a vintage work in progress. Built in 1908, as an American Four Square home, it's one of the original townsite homes.

Street Parking: All parking is first come, first serve street parking, which is consistent with our location.

Stairs: There are steps from the sidewalk to our property, steps up to our porch, and a flight of steps up to your room.

Shared Kitchenette Amenities: Mini fridge, air fryer oven, microwave, electric kettle, dishes & bowls, mugs, forks/spoons, pour-over coffee dripper, coffee frother, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper.

Washer & dryer on premises.

Guest access
Enter through our vintage front door into this 1908 American Four Square home's foyer. Your Guest Room is just up the stairs turn right, and then follow the hallway to the end. Your room will be clearly marked "Canopy Room."

You will have access to your Guest Room, 3 shared bathroom facilities, a shared upstairs kitchenette, and main level full bath, and den with Roku TV. Feel free to relax with a coffee on the front porch.

Other things to note
- Guest Floor: The guest level consists of 2 Guest Rooms. The Guest Rooms share a 1/2 bathroom, a 1/4 bath (shower room) and a kitchenette/dining area.

- Main Floor/Shared TV Area: To maintain a relaxing, cozy, and quiet Guest Room atmosphere, we provide a Roku TV in the shared den on the Main floor/level, however, we do not have TVs on the upper Guest Rooms floor/level.

- This is a 3 level home with stairs. Home consists of a main level, the second-story Guest Rooms level, and a lower level where we as the hosts primarily reside. We do have pets who live with us in our primary residence area (lower level).

- To keep the carpeting nice for future guests, we do request that foods and non-water drinks be consumed in one of 3 places: Kitchenette/Dining Area, Main Level, or Front Porch seating area with table and chairs. We ask that you bring only water into the Guest Rooms.

- Due to the nature of our downtown area, parking is Street Parking only.

- We are located on a one-way street, in the Historic District. Twin Falls has a couple of one-way streets to be aware of when visiting our little city.

We are a couple with grown kids, grandkids, and we have had foreign exchange sons who we think of as family. We enjoy family, traveling, cooking and working on our home. We live in one of the original townsite homes of old downtown Twin Falls, ID. We also enjoy taking our dogs to the dog park, walks to listen to music downtown during the summer, and visiting all the waterfalls we have in the area.
