The space
Ca' Nonna is a stylish and comfortable 200 square meter home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a breath taking view of Lake Maggiore from almost every room. The house is accessed from the main road by a stone path, leading to a quiet, green courtyard.

Fully renovated and modernized in 2022 the home features everything you need to comfortably host groups and families. Ca' Nonna is the perfect place to relax and explore all the area has to offer- from the iconic Lake Maggiore to the picturesque towns of Stresa and Arona and the mountains that surround.

The living room provides plenty of space for everyone to relax, while the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals and snacks. Sip your morning coffee, enjoy a glass of wine or simply take in the beauty of the surroundings from the terrace.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a TV and 2 wood framed single beds and a full bath with step in shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a vaulted ceiling and decorative fireplace. The third bedroom and office/studio features a desk, a trundle bed and an artists easel. Completing the top floor is the master bathroom, with a bathtub, washing machine & dryer.
