The space
Experience Tiny House Living Over a Creek – Peaceful, Private, and Full of Charm

This unique 125 sq ft tiny house sits tucked above a tranquil creek, surrounded by nature with views of Casey Farm and Narragansett Bay. Though compact, the space feels open thanks to large windows that bring the outdoors in.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need: a kitchen with a stovetop, a full bathroom, and a cozy living area that transforms into a bedroom with a bed that lowers from the ceiling. The interior is thoughtfully designed for comfort and charm, and an attached deck lets you soak up the sun or enjoy a peaceful morning coffee outdoors.

Please note: due to the remote location, the home uses an eco-friendly incinerator toilet—odor-free and sustainable, but not a traditional flush system.

No pets allowed.
