Campo VistaMar is a cozy, completely private studio located on the first floor of a two-story house. With dimensions of 22'3” long by 11'8” wide, it has been carefully designed to make the most of the space and provide comfort. Enjoy a worry-free stay thanks to our complete solar power system with backup batteries and water tanks, which guarantee continuous electricity and water service, even during outages. The apartment has a private entrance, a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment located on the first floor, including the bedroom area, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
You can also enjoy the second-floor balcony, where you will find a comfortable hammock with beautiful views of the mountains and partial views of the ocean. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy a morning coffee, read a book or just feel the tropical breeze.
In addition, guests will have access to the gazebo, BBQ area and fountain, which are ideal for enjoying the outdoors.
The property also has ample parking with beautiful views of the mountains, perfect for walking, relaxing outdoors or taking unforgettable photos of the landscape.
The only shared area is the parking lot. All other amenities mentioned are available for guest use only during their stay.
