The space
On the ground floor, a 17m2 living space, with its living room (sofa, coffee table, connected tv, free wifi), its very well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, percolator coffee machine (ground coffee), toaster..., a beautiful 2m2 bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, wc, screens, fan.
This step-free room opens onto a private terrace with dining area and access to the garden.
Upstairs a comfortable rooftop bedroom with a 160 bed, 14m2 air-conditioned, be CAREFUL the ceiling height is 1m52 at the highest! but you will have the opportunity if you wish to sleep on the ground floor on a comfortable click-clack equipped with 2 Simmons mattresses.
To facilitate your installation, kitchen and hygiene essentials are provided for the start of your stay. Also provided are mats, dish towels, bathroom towels, and bed linens (one set per stay).
In short, a stress-free check-in...
you will have the option to use the washing machine, laundry detergent provided (€3 laundry detergent)
All this on a 2,300 m² enclosed property, with a swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30, equipped with deck chairs and a beautiful lounge area for drinks by the water!
Guest access
This accommodation is part of the main house but totally independent and very easy to access...
The house is occupied by the owner and her son (adult) who is not present much, there are also 2 dogs who will be discreet and who follow the owner during her absences as well as 2 cats, for these reasons your animals cannot be accommodated except in exceptional cases (to be discussed with the owner)
For safety reasons (swimming pool/stairs) the accommodation is reserved for adults and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A minimum of three nights applies only until August 18, thereafter possibility to book per night.
