LOCKOUT POLICY – PLEASE READ
To ensure a smooth stay, guests are responsible for keeping the unit key safe at all times. Please double-check that you have your key before leaving the unit.
If you get locked out:
• 9:00 AM–9:00 PM: We will do our best to assist, subject to staff availability.
• 9:00 PM–9:00 AM: Emergency access may not be available. Guests may need to wait until morning or arrange a locksmith at their own expense.
Locksmith fees typically range from ₱500 to ₱1,500. Lost keys or damages caused by forced entry will be charged accordingly.
Helpful reminders to avoid lockouts:
• Keep the key in a consistent place (bag or pocket)
• Avoid leaving it inside the lock or near the door
• If traveling as a group, assign one keyholder

ID Requirement
For building security and guest records, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at least 24 hours before arrival.
Visitors Policy
To maintain security and a peaceful environment:
• Bringing visitors to the unit without prior approval may incur a ₱2,000 fee per person, except for valid reasons such as senior or child assistance, emergencies, or approved circumstances.
• Visitors staying beyond quiet hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) that result in complaints from neighbors or condo administration may incur a ₱5,000 fine.
Key & Access Policy
Please keep your key card and room key secure.
• Lost key card or room key: ₱5,000 replacement fee
• Kindly return all keys to the lobby receptionist upon check-out
Smoking & Strong Odors
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. We also discourage food with strong odors inside the unit to help maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all guests. Violations may result in a ₱2,000 special cleaning fee, plus additional charges if deep cleaning or extra supplies are required.
Linens & Stains
Please help us care for our linens and towels. Stains may incur charges ranging from ₱500 to ₱1,500, depending on severity. Additional replacement costs may apply if items become permanently damaged or unusable.
