Calico Bay Cottages – Unit C is a bright and efficient 1BR/1BA retreat just one block from the Morehead City waterfront. This upstairs unit includes a queen bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, TV, and high-speed WiFi. Ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near the coast. Walk to the waterfront, local shops, top restaurants, and the yacht basin. A great spot for a quick beach getaway or weekend trip. Please note: stairs are required to access the unit

The space
Comfortable sleeping for all our guests with a queen size bed with fresh linens. Bathrooms are stocked nicely with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Fresh towels, Washcloths, makeup cloths and hand towels are provided for your convenience.

Fully Equipped kitchen -- Carefully stocked with all your kitchen needs. Including coffee pot, toaster, and a ninja blender. We provided extra trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. And for those little messes there are some cleaning essentials under the sink.

Kick back, relax and stay connected! There is a TV in the bedroom. Free high-speed internet.

There are 2 charcoal grills in the back.

We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay! We also want you to keep your money by not paying any extra fees after you check out. So please be mindful of our cleaning crew and the host.

-No unregistered guest. Please communicate with the host if you need to add guest.

Quiet time is 10 pm-7 am. This is also the Morehead City Noise Ordinance.

Guest should report any issues/damages immediately. Damages made by guests may result in additional fees, possible bad review and help from Airbnb Support Staff. We know accidents happen! We are here to support our guests in any way we can. Any issue can be fixed with cooperation, fairness to the situation and good communication.

Any smoking or vaping of any kind on the property will result in a $1000 fee.

Are the in-laws traveling with you? Are all the guys going on a fishing trip but don’t want to share rooms? Or are you getting married and want to keep the bridesmaids and groomsmen close….. but not too close!!
