The space
We are just 10–20 minutes drive from Calatagan’s top beach resorts. Enjoy the tranquility of our private retreat while still being close to the sand, sea, and sun!
Just a heads-up: the villa is about 500 meters (around a 3-minute drive) from the highway via a rough road. Most cars can pass, but vehicles with low bumpers are not recommended as they may have difficulty.
We will prepare the number of bedrooms and beds based on the number of guests.
Here’s how our sleeping arrangement looks like:
- 2 bedrooms for 4-5 guests
- 3 bedrooms for 6 to 9 guests
- 4 bedrooms for 10 to 14 guests
-4 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room for 16 guests

Our villa is tucked away in a secluded area, offering privacy. However, karaoke is an essential part of Filipino culture, so you may occasionally hear neighbors enjoying a sing-along.
There is no Globe signal in the area, but WiFi is available to keep you connected. For better cellular reception, Smart provides stronger coverage.
Please note that we have rotational staff who may be on the property during your stay to maintain the pool and garden. They are also available in case you have any concerns that need to be addressed. Staff will remain respectful of your privacy and will only access outdoor/common areas as needed.
While the living and dining areas are not air-conditioned, we provide ceiling and stand fans for comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned

Our resort can accommodate up to 16 guests, with our base price covering up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8, please adjust the guest count accordingly, as additional charges apply.😊

• In case of any unscheduled power interruptions, we have a generator set to keep essential appliances running. However, please note that it won’t be able to power all appliances at once and this is not part of our amenities
• Since the villa is surrounded by open fields, insects cannot be completely avoided. We use insect spray and an electric insect catcher to help minimize them, but they cannot be completely eliminated
