Hey, future guest! Raposaria is a living site at an altitude of 1500 meters: plantation, animals, handicraft production and many activities.

Here, Érica and Guilherme, we invite you to experience what goes far beyond a beautiful cabin in the mountains. We are different from 99% of rural lodgings...

For us, hosting is not a business... it is a joy!

This is our home, and it is in this spirit that we will welcome you. If you enjoy this proposal and value handmade production made with love and affection, come and meet us

The space
We have 3 spaces here in Raposaria, and they are totally independent, super quiet and have a fireplace, hot tub, full kitchen (FULLY stocked!), comforters for the colder nights and fresh eggs every morning! We hope that, like us, you will never tire of admiring the beautiful view that always surprises us with new shapes, colors and energy. This is our home and we make it the best to welcome our friends and family.

* Toca da Raposa: accommodates up to 2 people. The Toca has a more intimate space and is closer to our home. We recommend Cafofo or Cafundó for those who want more isolation and privacy.

* Cafofo da Raposa: sleeps up to 4 people. This is the most charming house, it's impossible not to be enchanted! Ideal for those who want more space.

* Cafundó da Raposa: sleeps up to 4 people. Our most amazing house, full of details and care! Also ideal for those who want more space.

Raposaria is a project that seeks to provide memorable experiences for those who visit, stay, work or live in this place. To the extent of the knowledge acquired, several concepts and components of permaculture and organic and biodynamic agriculture are being developed. All plants receive 100% natural treatment (flowers, vegetable garden, domestic and commercial orchard), our roof is green, most of the walls are made of clay, natural lighting whenever possible, we collect and store rainwater, we compost, our chickens live totally free, we have a circle of banana trees for gray water and biodigesters for the others, we recycle our waste, body and soul… Phew! All this and there's still a lot more.

Rustic and modern. If you like to lie in the hammock, you'll love taking in the horizon, which is an attraction in itself. You can also cook on the wood stove, barbecue, or make a fire on the deck, or a larger fire in the fire pit, hot water tub with an amazing view (we change the water completely and wash the tub for each guest), swing "to infinity," 2 km trail on the property, drink spring water, go down to the stream at the end of the property and bathe in a mini waterfall. Then a little walk back up, pick salad and fresh vegetables from the garden for lunch. Our organic produce is not limited to the vegetable garden: you can discover and taste from among the more than 100 feet of fruit trees, harvest pine nuts in the woods and prepare them in the pressure cooker… At the end of the day, relax in a hot bath with pressure (gas heating), then rest in the spring bed with pillow top.

Rest assured, there will be many moments to remember or to capture in many photographs. By the way, take a look at the photos we've posted here on Airbnb. They are all realistic and convey the idea of our mini ecosystem well! A picture is worth a thousand words, isn't it!? So, take a look at our profile and follow a little bit of our daily lives:

Guest access
Guests can enjoy the entire property as described above. The kitchen is complete and has everything you need, including water filter, coffee, strainer, salt, sugar, grinding pepper, olive oil, paper towel, film paper, etc. As we live here, the 100,000 m2 property will not be exclusive, but the ofurô, the campfire area, and other areas will be for guests only.

Here, we value some simple things that make us reflect, reconnect or simply relax. We are happy to know that the visitors of the Raposaria have also enjoyed the place, so we made a list of what they like the most, and that you may also like:

Other things to note
As we are a real farm, we have an operating permit and are registered under Cadastur No. 43592597/0001-13.

We greatly value the peace and quiet of our guests; however, the daily life of the site may involve some activity...

We live on the property, and the level of interaction with us and the various activities on the property will be according to the guest's wishes.

There are no shops nearby. The nearest market is 2 km away. There are other, more complete markets as one approaches the city (Córrego, Cambui, Gonçalves). If you want to cook, we suggest you bring your main items. If you want to try products from the region, it will also work, it will only be difficult to follow a strict recipe. We have a lot of spices here in the garden, so don't worry! If you're going to explore restaurants in the area, there are few and good ones. On weekends, the options increase.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is rural. Don't expect a super-prepared tourist spot, or Chinese product shops. People are very friendly and always offer a cup of coffee. The food at the local restaurants is very tasty, there are breweries, cafes, waterfalls, peaks, adventure sports options and horseback riding. Ask me if you want tips. I've already included my favorites in the region's guidebook.

Much more than the best bed and breakfast in the world, we want to be the best bed and breakfast in the world. We are a real place with a loose breeding, fruit cultivation, vegetables without chemicals or pesticides, we reforest and produce several amazing products. We compost, collect rainwater, we do permaculture, we do a strict segregation of waste. Send a message and we will be happy to continue this conversation...
