Designed to blend modern comfort with the peace of nature, our thoughtfully curated villas offer a relaxing country oasis with resort-style amenities, beautiful grounds, and serene surroundings. Set on 13 private acres, our luxury retreat estate combines elegant accommodations, natural beauty, and restorative spaces designed for rest, connection, and wellness.

The property features five luxury villas, a resort-style saltwater pool, serene walking paths, water features, mature trees, and beautifully maintained grounds designed for relaxation and renewal.

Our villas, pool, and guest amenities are fully completed and ready to enjoy. As part of our long-term vision for the estate, we continue to enhance the surrounding grounds with additional landscaping, gardens, and outdoor features. These aesthetic improvements do not impact guest accommodations or access to amenities—they simply make each visit even more beautiful.

Guest access
The outdoor spaces including the walking paths, saltwater pool, benches, swings, and tables are shared spaces.

The saltwater pool is 3-5ft and strictly for lounging, and wading. Diving is prohibited.

Absolutely no parties, video or photography shoots allowed.

Country Setting: MAXC Properties is located in a peaceful rural area of Osage County and is accessed by a gravel road and driveway. Guests enjoy privacy, open spaces, abundant wildlife, and the relaxing sounds of the countryside.

MAXC Properties is an established luxury retreat. From time to time, you may notice landscaping or gardening projects as we continue beautifying the estate. These enhancements are limited to the grounds and do not affect guest accommodations, amenities, or your enjoyment of the property.

Private Retreat Estate: MAXC Properties is a private retreat estate featuring multiple luxury villas and shared outdoor amenities. While the owners reside on the property, guests can expect a peaceful, private experience. Assistance is available should a property-related issue arise during your stay.

Pets: Cadence Villa is our designated pet-friendly villa. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $75 for one dog or $100 for two dogs applies. Dogs must remain leashed while outdoors and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

IMPORTANT: The pool and grounds are for registered guests only. Visitors must be pre-approved by management. No parties, events, children’s birthday parties, photography sessions, music videos, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. Gate code sharing, smoking, or unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal and a contractual violation fee of up to $1,500.

Please note that a government-issued ID and a signed grounds usage agreement are required from the booking guest before access to the property is granted.
