In the heart of a quiet Valtellina village, "Motta". Here you can relax away from traffic and chaos, immersed in nature and the authentic atmosphere of the mountains. Ideal for families and groups looking for comfort, tranquility, and a starting point to discover Valtellina, Aprica, and Pian di Gembro. The space
La Cà del Campanile is a spacious and welcoming house, ideal for large families, groups of friends and for those who want to experience the mountains without sacrificing comfort.

On the second floor there is a spacious living area with two comfortable sofas, a 48" TV, a pellet stove, a distinctive wooden table with a corner bench, and a second table for lunches and dinners with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. There is also a bathroom with shower on the same floor.

The sleeping area, on the upper floor, includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a third bedroom with three bunk beds, and a second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The house also has free WiFi, a foosball table, private parking in front of the house, and bed linens and towels included.

All beds are real beds, designed to ensure comfort and rest during your stay.
