The space
La Cà del Campanile is a spacious and welcoming house, ideal for large families, groups of friends and for those who want to experience the mountains without sacrificing comfort.
On the second floor there is a spacious living area with two comfortable sofas, a 48" TV, a pellet stove, a distinctive wooden table with a corner bench, and a second table for lunches and dinners with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. There is also a bathroom with shower on the same floor.
The sleeping area, on the upper floor, includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a third bedroom with three bunk beds, and a second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The house also has free WiFi, a foosball table, private parking in front of the house, and bed linens and towels included.
All beds are real beds, designed to ensure comfort and optimal rest during your stay.
Cà del Campanile is located in Motta, a small and quiet mountain village belonging to the municipality of Villa di Tirano. It is precisely this location that offers peace, quiet, and an authentic atmosphere, away from traffic and chaos.
There are no bars, restaurants, pharmacies, or supermarkets in the village, but all the main services are easily accessible in a few minutes by car in the nearby towns of Villa di Tirano, Bianzone, Tirano, and Aprica. We therefore recommend that you arrange any purchases before your arrival or during your excursions, so you can enjoy your stay in total relaxation.

• In the house you will find dish soap, shampoo, body soap, linens, and towels.
Dishwasher detergent and Nespresso capsules are not provided.
• There is free Wi-Fi, TV, pellet stove (remotely managed) and decorative fireplace (not usable).
• Washing machine available, two bathrooms with shower, kettle, oven and all necessary kitchen accessories.
• Mandatory Tourist Tax: € 1.00 per person per night (minors under the age of 13), to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the municipal rates of Villa di Tirano.
• Check-in from 4:00 p.m. onwards – Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Check-in is in self check-in mode through a lockbox with keys.

– Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter from furniture, fabrics or flammable objects.
– Never place clothes, towels, or other items on or near the stove.
– Failure to comply with these rules can lead to a risk of fire.
