Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Enjoy this Designer Studio Space 1 Full Bathroom with an eat-in kitchen and a private front & back patio (fully fenced). Guests also enjoy a fold out desk, , smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and fast Xfinity WiFi. We are dog-friendly as well!

The space
The Cactus Suite is attached to the main house, The Cactus House, with a private gated entrance in the front. It has an eat-in kitchen with an electric range, sink, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a stand-alone shower, heated flooring, a vanity with storage, and a built-in medicine cabinet with modern lighting. The bedroom and living space have a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, a vegan leather recliner for lounging, and a workspace area. The living/bedroom area ceilings are 7' high, and they are vaulted (~10’) in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

Guest access
Guests have a private front deck fenced in with lounge seating and an umbrella for shade. With previous guests' feedback, we added a paved path to the Suite, making it more accessible.

There are no shared common spaces, as the back patio is private with a fence. There is a gated door on the back patio fence for emergency & fire exits.

Other things to note
There is ample street parking for our guests (no permit required). The driveway is for the Main House and is not available for the Suite guests. There are wall heaters in the living/bedroom and kitchen areas, as well as heated floors in the bathroom. There is a portable fan for hotter days.

There is not hot tub available for use.
