Wrapped in pine forests, apple trees, rivers, and trails, this is your escape for barefoot mornings, bonfires, and slow days that stretch in the best way. Perfect for doing nothing (beautifully) or everything (at your own pace). Come for the view, stay for the feeling.
The space
Heads up! The property can only be accessed via stairs and a small hike, approx 10-15 mins, we recommend keeping this in mind when planning your stay. Don’t worry — someone from our team will be there to assist with your luggage, free of charge.
Tucked above Thata Village in Tirthan Valley, Roads and shops are a 10 mins stroll downhill, but up here it's pure hush. A south-facing cabin amidst apple trees, peaks in front, the Tirthan river murmurs below. In monsoon, the slope is a cloud runway, mist slides between pines and folds itself around the wyld cabin like a moving cloak.
The cabin is thoughtfully designed with warm wooden interiors, large windows, and attic lofts for reading or relaxing. Whether you’re here for a digital detox, quiet mornings, or evenings by the fire, The Wyld offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small groups, our property brings together rustic comfort and nature. The orchard blooms in spring, turns golden in autumn, and becomes cloud-wrapped during monsoon — every season has its own kind of beauty.
LOCATION AND CONNECTIVITY
Reaching the property is simple. You can either drive your own car directly to Thata village, where you can safely park and begin the short hike. Or, if you’re arriving by bus, take a Volvo from Delhi or Chandigarh to Aut Market (on the way to Kullu and Manali). From Aut, we can help you arrange a cab up to Thata village. From there, it’s a 10–20 minute uphill walk to the property, depending on how fit you are and how often you stop to admire the view.
ARCHITECTURE AND AMBIENCE
Hand built A-frame cabin that glow at dusk and diappear into starlight at night. Local timber, stone footings and grass patches left wild for bees and butterflies. Window in the attic lofts, on the south walls that you can wander throughout the day with perfect mood lightings, a splash of Dotlife whimsy in the Cabin.
THE SPACE
Each cabin sleeps 2-3 pax, has an attic reading loft, heater and private ensuite with an attach bathroom. Each equipped with Double beds, ambient lighting, power outlets, floor cushions, carpet, etc. including bathroom essentials.
There is a separate dining area for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which has enough seating area. Hammocks and outdoor sitting area enough around the property for just to chill, sketch, paint, write or simply daydream. and ofcourse stargazing at night. A garden with log-seat fire cirle, semi open transparent sitting space for yoga, sunsets or an impromptu acoustic gig.
A marked 12- mins downhill path leads to secret river pods for cold dips and stone skipping.

Central communal Kitchen hut, Multi table Dining area with a view of the hills. Breakfast is included in the stay. Lunch and Dinner can be ordered at the property with extra cost. Separate Cafe Menu will be available for some extra feast right at the property. BBQ can be setup, For any specific meal requirement, pre-order is possible. There are few cafes on the way to the property in Bali Chowki, which caters all kinds of meals, including veg, non veg.

Guest access
Full access to the entire property, including the step-farming around Apple Orchard, for any kind of trail possible. There is a separate outdoor Bathroom for guest to access.

No Power Backup: Power cuts are rare but there is no generator on the property. But we do have a rechargable bulb which will work during no power time.
