Nestled along the shores of Fish Lake, just a stone's throw from a convenient lodge/bar sits a 3-bedroom cabin waiting to host you. This location offers breathtaking views of the lake. These rental cabins are a perfect fit for those who enjoy spending most of their time outside near the lake. We cater to those who enjoy fishing in the rugged outdoors and late-night campfires.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of 25.00 per night per pet.
The space
This is a great choice if you are looking for a night to get out of the city. Our property is about a 30–35-minute drive north of Duluth Mn.
With the unit, there is an outdoor picnic table and fire pit for you to use. We do offer firewood at the lodge at cost, or feel free to bring your own safe materials to burn. During the summer months (May- September only) you'll have access to a private dock that is steps away from your front door. Use this space for fishing, swimming, floating or boat storage during your stay.
As you enter, you'll be greeted by the comforting aroma of a great freshwater lake. This is a testament of all the avid fisherman that have accompanied us here on Fish Lake. This is not your new and updated vacation rental if you are looking for a luxurious night stay, we would recommend looking at other options. We cater to those who enjoy the rugged outdoors and late-night campfires on the lake.
The cabins were built in 1926, so there has been lots of foot traffic but needless to say it offers some a beautiful view of Fish Lake.
Some things to keep in mind when thinking of staying here is that the kitchen is very small. The stairs leading to the second level are narrow and steep. If there are any concerns about mobility, we have other listings that can accommodate these needs by being a single level unit.
This unit is a duplex, so you may notice the sound of neighbors nearby through thin walls, however complaints about this has been minimal.
