The Cabernet Franc House is the perfect home to enjoy with your family & friends for a Temecula wine getaway! Located in the heart of highly desirable wine country, you'll enjoy a ranch style home which includes a 15-foot Granite island, stainless-steel appliances and pristine hardwood floors! The front of the home is lined with vines of Cabernet Franc great for pictures and the backyard opens to a sizable rock pool with a waterfall/grotto and ample room for endless outdoor games and relaxing!

We are proud to present - Cabernet Franc House. The entire, private, 2 acre estate is all yours! The Cabernet Franc House is suitable for up to 13 guests looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the surrounding wineries! It is perfect for a family getaway or wedding weekend!

Please note : The soap in our listing that is included is hand soap. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are not provided. We want to make sure people use their preferred brands and ensure someone with skin sensitivities aren't triggered accidentally.
Also note: We have a fire pit but no firewood. Please be sure to pick some up on your way to the home so that you can enjoy our beautiful back yard! The closest place that would have bundles for sale is the Ralph's grocery store.
*Important: If you would like the pool heated to a desired temperature, please let me know at a minimum 24 hours before check in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $150/day to heat April-September and $250/day to heat October-March*
*If you are bringing a dog or animal, please DO NOT bring the pet in the pool and ensure you notate the animal in your booking to pay the $150 fee*

Are wineries really walking distance from the house?
The Cabernet Franc House is walking distance to Leoness Winery, Danza De Sol, Fazeli winery, Oak Mountain Winery, Somerset and Robert Renzoni! You can do your own tour by foot!
Can we cook at the house? What about BBQ?
Absolutely! The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, wine glasses, cups, pots and pans. We would love for you to enjoy the commercial appliances if you're looking for a home cooked meal in! The refrigerator is equipped with filtered water and has an ice maker. We also have a BBQ on property for you to enjoy as well (filled propane tank is provided). We simply ask that you clean the grill after use for the next guests.
We also provide a single cup keurig, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave and blender.
Do you have a hot tub?
We do not, but the beautiful waterfall and grotto in our pool along with the option to heat the pool to your desired temperature (for additional cost) more then satisfies our guests!

Is it suitable for children?
We've had several families stay with us. Being a 2 acre estate, there is more then enough room for children to run around and with beach style entry, your children will spend hours in our resort style pool! Having 3 small children ourselves, we decided to have the pool fenced in with a childproof gate to make our home even more family friendly!
Are there any games or other activities at the house besides using the pool?
You bet! We have a fully equipped gameroom which includes a pool table, poker table, and a huge assortment of board games! Even better, its on the other side of the house away from the bedrooms if part of your group would rather rest early! Outside includes a BBQ, cornhole set, newly installed Bocce Ball court and built in firepit! (Note: The fire pit is wood burning so please plan on bringing your own wood if you’d like to utilize)
What about outside? Is there ample seating?
We have 2 sets of tables with 4 chairs at each on the patio. We also have 6 Adirondack chairs set up around the fire pit you can easily move to the area you'd like to enjoy as well. And inside the gated pool area, we have 4 gravity chairs along with another fire pit table with 4 chairs. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone!
What about the TV/movie situation?
We have Roku devices attached to all of our TVs allowing you to access Netflix, YouTube, whatever networks you subscribe to. Cable is also available in the living room and game room!

Guest access
Access to the entire Cabernet Franc House and backyard! Garage access is locked off to all guests.
Other things to note
Additional cleaning fees: you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250 if for any reason the house smells of cigarettes, vape or cannabis smoke.
Late check out: there is no late check out unless agreed upon prior to your reservation. It is critical that our cleaning crew is able to enter the property at or before the time of check out. You will be charged $50 for every 15 minutes past check out you are still at the property.
Maintenance: The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday by our pool maintenance Company. The outside is maintained by our landscapers every Tuesday. The trash is taken down every Monday evening by our landscaping crew and returned empty after waste management empties them on Tuesday morning.
