The space
This is a two-story cabin on a plot of land that is a simple and quiet field where there is only one other cabin for rent and a few animals are also raised, among other things.
On the ground floor you will have the kitchen and a small living room in the same area, in addition to the bathroom with shower door, while on the second floor you will find a large room with a double bed and another smaller room with a bunk bed with full beds.
Both rooms have access to the terrace, which has a direct view of the river.
The vehicle can be left right there in the cabin's parking lot or anywhere around it. Outside you will also find a stone seat with cushions.
We leave a grill for roasts and provide utensils.
The cabin has a fully-equipped kitchen and a gas oven.

There is drinking water and hot water.
For heating, it has an A/C unit and an electric heater.
In the rest of the field - and shared with another cabin that we have for rent - you will find two viewpoints overlooking the river and a pedestrian descent to it, where in summer a beach is formed and you can sunbathe or swim. The beach is mostly pebbles.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The tinaja is in a common space and has a terrace. The hot water bath has an extra cost of 30,000 pesos, but the use of the terrace, or bathing with cold water in the tub, is free of charge.
In addition, we raise some cows and sheep, so if you want to see them more closely, we can participate together in the day-to-day with them, either in the morning when taking them out or in the afternoon when locking them up.

And, in addition to the aforementioned, you will find my house, a caretaker's house, a stable and pampas where you will have a few cows and sheep. I live here all year round and will always be ready to welcome and assist you.

Almost the entire plot is open to our visitors.
Other things to note
We are not located in the same town of Río Bueno, nor La Unión or Lago Ranco. We are approximately at km. 18 of the T-75 route (La Unión-Puerto Nuevo)
There is a mobile signal and it generally works well. Depending on the devices and company, most of the time you'll have a strong or medium signal, and in a few cases a weak one.
The use of the tub or its terrace will be subject to there being no hot bath reservation. The latter will be prioritized.
For the hot water bath, you'll be asked to say what time you'd like the tub to be ready. The equipment will then run for an hour and a half to maintain the water temperature, after which it will be turned off. However, if you wish, you can continue bathing.
There is a maximum electrical power of 3,000 Kw, which means, for example, that the simultaneous use of appliances that use a lot of power will cause a blackout (microwave ovens, electric kettles, hair dryers, etc.)
The speed limit on the property is 20 km/h.
There is an electric fence for animals in some areas of the field.
The terrain and the descent to the river are not recommended for infants, very young children, or elderly adults with limited mobility.
NO extra guests or guests without prior notice.
Friends or family can visit, with prior notice (they cannot spend the night)
