- The room accommodates up to 3 people, 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bed and bath linens, for an additional fee.

- We are pet-friendly. If you are planning to bring your pet (medium and small size), check the applicable fees.
We remind you that to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals, they must always be accompanied by a person during their stay at the residence. In addition, we recommend bringing their belongings, such as water bowls, food, toys, and bedding, to provide maximum comfort for your pet.
- Hikes along the trails can be done individually, allowing you to explore nature at your own pace. However, access to houses located in common areas is restricted to preserve the privacy of other guests.
- For those who need to stay connected, the property is located close to Vivo cell towers, offering a good connection. However, it is important to note that the connection of the Claro, Tim and Oi operators may be weaker. There is no TV.
- Harvesting on the property only with authorization. If you need firewood, we can suggest places to buy it or check the possibility of providing it on the day of check-in for an additional fee.
