The space
1 PRIVATE FAN ROOM (NO-AC)

This space is new, located in a not-too-touristy neighbourhood, close to many points of interests in a southern area of Yogyakarta city, homy, clean, and it has huge parking space for cars and motorbikes. Each room is equipped with private small Indonesian bathroom (shower+toilet) and no sink in it, hot water is included and we use solar panel so it may take a while for the water to turn hot wait 1-2min. Bed is a double-sized bed (200 x 120) , can be used for 2 ppl but comfortable for one.

A self-service simple breakfast (bread+jam, tea, coffee, fruits) is provided, free flow water, tea, and coffee, sharing kitchen, common area with tv, parking lot, pingpong table, pantry, and small balcony (in each room).

Other things to note
BYTE is located in a strategic place of southern area in Yogyakarta and is near many POIs. However, it is not located in the prime location if you assumed Malioboro area is the city centre. It is 15min driving-distance to Malioboro area. The place needs a little alley entrance from the main street, the pin I put on the map is precise.
