Guests enjoy full access to the entire unit, including the private balcony. Selected community amenities are also available for use, subject to property guidelines and availability.
Please note: the hosts are not responsible for any lost items, accidents, or injuries while using shared facilities. Guests will be responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to violations of property or community rules.

After 12:00 NN until 4:00 PM: ₱400 per hour
After 4:00 PM: half-day rate applies
After 6:00 PM: full nightly rate applies
All early check-in and late checkout requests must be made in advance. Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges.
