Butterfly Red Hill Farm House offers a unique accommodation experience for everyone who visits. Set on four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, alfresco dining areas, fruit and olive groves and a huge vegetable garden, there is something special to experience everywhere you wander throughout this picturesque property.

Nestled between Lindenderry at Red Hill and Eldridge Estate, the property is flanked by vineyards providing a colourful vista ever changing with the seasons.

The space
Butterfly Farm House offers an oasis from the ordinary. Retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life and feel your worries melt away as you settle in.

Pour a wine and relax in front of the Coonara Fire place, cook up a storm in the gourmet kitchen, share a meal and create memories with friends and family at the huge rustic farm table. There are a stack of books, dvds and board games if you need some quiet indoor time. If you feel like venturing outside, the open air awaits you with endless opportunities to explore the vast gardens at Butterfly Red Hill. The outdoor games cupboard is brimming with fun options like croquet, Finska, badminton, Viking, Volley Ball, Cricket and beach toys to name a few.

BBQ facilities on the Farm House deck means you can bring the social mealtimes outdoors, and enjoy dining on the deck or in the sunken picnic table garden along the lawn.

Guest access
As well as the beautiful Farm House and facilities, guests will also have access (subject to availability and access restrictions) to the Gallery Games room in Gallery One of the on-site Butterfly Red Hill Gallery. Jam packed with hours of fun! Challenge your friends and family to a tournament of table tennis, billiards, basketball shootout, table soccer, darts and chess.

Explore 4 acres of lush gardens, fruit trees and meandering paths throughout the property.

Please note, from time to time there may be on-site garden and gallery tours or events taking place during your stay (Separate to the Farm House) in the extensive gardens and/or separate Gallery spaces- guests will be advised in advance.
