This house is located in one of the safest and most beautiful parts of Albuquerque. It is convenient to mostly everything Albuquerque has to offer. It is about 40 minutes from Santa Fe and 2 miles from Balloon Fiesta park. Grocery stores, a beautiful park with a dog park, and a variety of amazing restaurants and fast food are all within a couple miles of the house.
