Bunker Farmhouse, located in Ryland Heights, KY, is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on 5.5 acres that sleeps up to 9 guests.
The bedroom setup includes one king bedroom with an additional twin bed, two separate queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with a full bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
The home includes two full bathrooms, with one featuring a tub/shower combo and the other (upstairs) featuring a walk-in shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with standard appliances, cookware, and dining essentials, along with a living area for relaxing. A washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair are also available.
Outside, the property offers a fire pit, propane grill, and open space to enjoy the surrounding acreage. The home is pet friendly.
We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, and laundry pods. If you are staying for an extended period or expect to use a larger amount, we recommend bringing additional supplies.
The driveway is steep gravel but does not require 4WD. We recommend using the first driveway for a more gradual incline. There is parking for up to 3 cars at the top. When leaving the property, we recommend backing down most of the driveway and turning down the lower driveway with the mailbox for an easier exit.
As this home was part of a working farm, outdoor landscaping is still ongoing. You may notice mud, straw, or grass seed in certain areas as we continue to improve the property.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. The property goes to the top of the ridgeline behind the house to the road in-front of the house.
The garage is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guest access.

Nestled on 5.5 peaceful acres in rural Northern Kentucky, Bunker Farmhouse offers a quiet country escape surrounded by nature. Because of this natural setting, you may encounter wildlife during your stay. To help ensure a safe and pleasant experience, please secure all food and trash before leaving the home or turning in for the night. If wildlife gets into trash, guests are responsible for cleaning it up. Additional fees may apply if animal-related messes are left behind.
Since the home is located in a wooded area, it is also normal to see insects both indoors and outdoors. Keeping doors closed when possible will help minimize them inside.
The driveway is gravel and there are multiple areas available for parking. Four-wheel drive is not required, but we recommend using the first driveway entrance for a more gradual incline.
