Bumakil Haven ✨is a spacious family friendly 1BR condo located right on The Venice Grand Canal Mall with an outstanding view of the Grand Canal and offers great amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and utensils with a dining table & chairs. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. As we also have a pool and sauna on the premises. Other amenities include children’s park, fitness center, Basketball/Badminton/Tennis/Pickleball court etc.🌇

The place does have a quiet time 10pm onwards. 🕰️
Any activities to be done on the amenities offered are to be scheduled upon a request with the receptionist located at the Lobby Ground floor. 📝
No smoking or vaping inside the unit and building.🚭
Pool is closed every Mondays for cleaning and maintenance. 🧑🔧🧹
We offer a one car basement parking lot in the building for 500pesos per night. There are also other parking lots nearby that you can try out as another option. 🅿️🚘
