Kick back and enjoy the spectacular views of the Delatite Valley, Mt Buller and Mt Sterling within this generously sized modern 3 bedroom house. Enjoy the tastefully furnished, open plan kitchen, dining and living, while relaxing by the wood fire. Open the café doors to the expansive deck with newly added covered area for the cool summer evenings or relax and unwind in the spa bath after a hard day skiing or riding Mount Buller.

Buller Vista includes the whole upstairs house as shown in photos, the apartment below is not included in the booking. Buller Vista is fully self contained and separate from the apartment below.
On rare occasions the owners will attend the property and stay in the apartment (there is minimal to no noise transfer) - if this a concern to you please express to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Please note there is one security camera on the proper which monitors the downstairs deck area.
All properties in the area are generally un-fenced or fenced with wire. This allows a wide open aesthetic in keeping with the surrounding natural environment. It also allows wildlife to come and go as they please. We have Kangaroos attend the property almost daily depending on the season. They generally graze and layabout sunning themselves. Please note these are wild animal and feeding is strictly prohibited. They are extremely nervous around humans, and generally flee at the slightest movement, but still, please do not try to approach them as their movements can be unpredictable.
