The space
The villa is an oasis of calm in the middle of real Balinese life, a short walk or bike ride will take you to the sea and the many coral reefs in the bay. In the other direction you walk directly into the hills where beautiful views of North Bali and Java unfold.
The villa is surrounded by verandas, each with its own unique view and comfortable seating. In the spacious living room there is a Madurean daybed that can serve as an extra bed, a staircase leads to a lounge terrace on the roof where you can overlook the entire environment. A kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located at the back of the villa. In the garden is the swimming pool with 4 sunbeds on the covered terrace and in the back of the garden is an authentic Javanese guesthouse with an extra airco bedroom and luxrurious bathroom. With a living area of over 300 m2, the villa is very spacious.
Living room:
In the spacious living room there is a sitting area with television, DVD player with a large choice of movies, and I pod station. In the bookcase a wide choice of books and games. A staircase leads up to a covered roof terrace where you can overlook the entire area and relax with a drink. Around the house verandas with various sitting and lying areas.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
On the first floor of the villa are two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, the bedrooms are connected by sliding doors to the garden and terrace, the master contains a double four-poster bed and the other contains 2 single beds, all with thick mattresses of superior quality, there are also reading lights and mosquito nets. Each bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom with toilet, sink and (hot) shower, entirely in the Balinese tradition, this bathroom for a part in the open air.
An extra sleeping place is in the living room in the form of a daybed and in the back of the garden is a well-equipped guesthouse sith airco, the Java House.
Right in front of the villa is the pool of 5 x 12 m and 1.80 m deep, the water is slightly salty with very little chlorine, next to the pool is a sandstone terrace under a patio covered with bougainvillea. Here are 4 sunbeds with mattresses and next to it is a Balinese gazebo where you can relax. Beside the pool is also a freshwater shower and an extra toilet.
Around the Villa and the pool is the garden of 6000 m2 with many different trees and plants, lovely to walk around or sit somewhere, you will find among others the staff house at the entrance and the antique wooden Java house in the back.
Java House:
In the back of the garden is an antique Javanese wooden house, this authentic and very romantic accommodation contains an airco bedroom with double bed and a surprisingly large and luxurious bathroom. Enjoy a drink on the veranda with an undisturbed view of the hills.
Kitchen and meals:
At the back of the villa there is a small but well-equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, electric appliances, kettle, pans, etc. There is also a water dispenser with fresh drinking water. You can cook here yourself but you can also let the staff do it for you (against cost). On order from a menu, the most delicious Indonesian meals are prepared for you. How about a barbecue with fresh fish, shrimp and chicken satay?

At the entrance to the property is the staff house where the manager of the villa lives. He speaks good English and can arrange everything for you.
The stay in this private villa in the tropics leaves nothing to be desired. Everything can be arranged: arranging transportation to or from the airport, arranging a car with driver, renting a moped, making trips in the area, attending a ceremony, a snorkeling or diving trip, etc. Also a relaxing massage in the villa can be arranged. The villa offers also a laundry service.

The villa is located in the village of Pemuteran, a beach location in Buleleng province, North Bali. It is an hour's drive from Lovina and half an hour's drive from Gilimanuk. From Gilimanuk, ferry services to Java depart every hour (24 hours a day). From the international airport in the south of Bali, it is a three-hour drive.
Pemuteran borders the Taman National Bali Barat (West Bali National Park), which stretches along the coast from east to west. The northern mountain slopes of Bali have the least precipitation during the year. Pemuteran is therefore ideally suited to spend vacations, even during the rainy season. The bay of Pemuteran is one of the best dive sites in Bali.The nearby island of Menjangan is a famous dive site with several dive sites, some of which can count themselves among the most beautiful in Indonesia. The crossing to Java brings you to the beginning of the railroad line to Surabaya and Yogyakarta, and nearby is the beautiful Ijen plateau. About five exclusive resorts in Pemuteran are located around the small bay right on the beach. These resorts have good restaurants with international cuisine. Along the main road are small restaurants (warungs) with an Indonesian menu. Local fishermen go out with their boats every evening, so fresh fish is available every day. Pemuteran beach is unique in Bali because of its quiet atmosphere. Selling souvenirs and offering massages on the beach are not allowed by the local authorities. Sunbathing and resting at Pemuteran beach is hassle-free and a relief compared to many other beach locations in Bali.
