Guest apartment with double bed, coffee kitchenette (hot plate, mini fridge, kettle and filter coffee machine available), wardrobe, toilet with shower and private terrace. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures if necessary.
Moor educational trail in the area, beautiful (free) swimming lake in the village, Salzburg easily accessible by car or local train (approx. 35 min train ride and 15 min walk to the train station). Optimal starting point in the countryside for bike tours and Salzburg city visits!

The space
The guest apartment is about 30 m² in total and is located on the ground floor of our single-family home, completely separated from our living rooms. Only the house entrance is shared. There is a private terrace with a small garden area just for you (directly accessible from the garconniere).
A mini fridge, filter coffee maker, induction hotplate and kettle are available for you, but no fully equipped kitchen for cooking more extensive meals yourself. Here you can better indulge in the numerous culinary options in the vicinity (Lamprechtshausen or Bürmoos). Alternatively, a pizza delivery service can be used up to the front door.

Guest access
The guest apartment is completely separate, only the entrance area is shared. The terrace is also at your disposal.
A self-check-in is preferably offered, so you can arrive at any time from 2 pm.

In Bürmoos, overnight and mobility tax must be paid. This expense is already included in the price.
