The Airbnb unit is located on the ground floor of a home—the owners (that’s us!) live upstairs.
Don’t worry, the entire 1st floor is completely private, including your own entrance, living space, and amenities.

Cleaning 🧹
Your space will be sparkling clean when you arrive ✨. During your stay, we don’t schedule cleaning unless you’d like a refresh — we offer an optional mid-stay cleaning for ₱600 (includes tidying, bathroom cleaning, and fresh linens/towels). Just let us know if you’d like to book it!

Our bedroom is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable night’s sleep. The living room does not have air-conditioning and may feel warm during hotter months, but we provide fans to help keep the space cool and airy.

(Rainy Season: June–September)
Our house and parking area remain completely dry and safe—even during rainy days! 😊
Just a quick heads-up: in case of very heavy rain, the street outside may experience minor, temporary water buildup. It usually clears up quickly and doesn’t happen often, but we want you to feel fully informed and at ease.
