Not only that, we provide beauty in the house, but you will be spoiled with a beautiful environment, an environment with a large garden, surrounded by charming trees and mountains. The space
Bubett Tudor House carries the theme of Modern Tudor House. Where we provide a conceptual, clean and comfortable place for you to gather with loved ones.
The description of the Bubett Tudor House is as follows:
- 1 living room
- 1 living room
- 2 dining rooms (bar and dining table)
- 2 kitchens (clean and dirty kitchen)
- 4 bedrooms (1 master bedroom, 3 regular bedrooms)
- 3+1 bathrooms
- 1 rooftop
- Has a front garden and is directly facing the main park
clusters
- 1 garage, but can park 3-4 cars in front of the house (must be parked neatly)
- 1/24 hour security with double checking gate (2 gates)
- There is a Playground and basketball court around the cluster
Guest access
When you rent our property, you can enjoy our entire home. Except for our service area (Warehouse, service room 2nd fl)

Sebelum Anda melanjutkan reservasi pada properti kami, berikut House Rules yang wajib baca dan setujui sebelumnya.
Adapun House Rules tersebut, sebagai berikut :
1. Bubett Tudor House menghimbau untuk setiap tamu dapat mengikuti semua protokol kesehatan yang diatur oleh pemerintah.
2. Tamu yang datang wajib sesuai dengan kapasitas yang kami tentukan.
-Kapasitas tamu ideal 11-14 orang (total kasur sudah. termasuk extra bed)
-Kamar terdiri dari (3 kamar di lantai 2 & 1 kamar di lantai 1)
-Toleransi tamu yang dapat datang/ menginap 15 orang
(tanpa penambahan fasilitas apapun).
*Kami TIDAK dapat menerima kunjungan tamu (baik tamu yang tidak
menginap/hanya datang/ berkunjung)
*Kami tidak segan untuk melarang masuk tamu, apabila jumlah tidak sesuai.
3.Harap menjaga ketenangan / tidak terdapat aktifitas yang berlebihan yang dapat menggangu lingkungkan sekitar (terutama pada malam hari)
4.Normal Check in : 13.00
Normal Check Out : 11.00
Perihal Early Check in dan Late Check Out mohon konfirmasi degan host terkait (bisa/tidaknya dan extra charge )
5. Kami menyediakan Alat barbeque, tetapi tidak termasuk arang
6. Tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat, dilarang konsumsi dan membuat makanan non-halal di dalam vila (Muslim friendly)
7. Dilarang keras mengkonsumsi minuman alkohol dan obat-obatan terlarang pada saat Anda berada di dalam vila
8. DILARANG keras untuk merokok di dalam kamar. Merokok pada tempat yang telah di sediakan (outdoor area). Kami akan mengenakan denda terkait hal tersebut.
9. Mohon tamu dapat menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, fasilitas, sarana & prasarana, di dalam ataupun di luar Vila. Terdapat denda / penagihan tanggungjawab materil terhadap kerusakan setiap properti/sarana/fasilitas yang tersedia apabila terjadi kerusakan/kehilangan
10. Tamu diharapkan untuk membersihkan dan menaruh kembali pada tempatnya peralatan makan dan masak seperti piring, gelas, sedok, panci, dsb,-
Dan membersihkan peralatan BBQ dan lemari es ketika selesai digunakan
11. Pada akhir masa inap sampah harus dikumpulkan pada tempat sampah atau dikumpulkan pada plastik sampah yang disediakan.
12. Tidak diperkenankan membawa binatang peliharaan
13. Pekerja kami memiliki kuasa dalam menuntun dan mengawasi aktifitas sewa dengan menjalankan prosedur yang ditetapkan
14. Mohon bijak dalam penggunaan listrik dan air (tidak diperkenankan membawa small/large portable swimming pool)
15. Tidak diperbolehkan untuk memindahkan/mencopot/alih fungsikan semua fasilitas yang tersedia! Apabila ada kebutuhan tersebut harap info kepada host terlebih dahulu.
16. Apabila memerlukan sewa untuk keperluan shooting, MV, commercial ads, content youtube,etc (sebesar / sekecil apapun skala shooting Anda, harap jujur dalam menginfokan diawal).
Anda dapat menghubungi langsung ke Host, terkait informasi dan ketentuan lebih lanjut. Kami tidak segan untuk menghentikan/membatalkan aktivitas tesebut apabila ditemui ketidaksesuaian kerjasama dengan di lapangan.

House Rules
Hello!
Before you proceed with a reservation at our property, here are the House Rules that you must read and agree to in advance.
The House Rules, among others:
1. Bubett Tudor House urges every guest to follow all health protocols regulated by the government.
2. Guests who come must be in accordance with the capacity we specify.
-Ideal maximum of 12 guests (12 total beds, including slide and extra beds)
-Tolerance of guests who can come/stay 15 people
(without adding any facilities).
*We are NOT able to accept guest visits (both guests who don't
stay/just come/visit)
* We do not hesitate to prohibit guests from entering, if the number does
not match.
3. Please maintain calm / there are no excessive activities that can disturb the surrounding environment (especially at night)
4. Normal Check-in : 13.00
Normal Check Out : 11.00
Regarding Early Check in and Late Check Out, please confirm with the
host related (can/can't and extra charge)
5. We provide barbecue tools, but not including charcoal
6. Without reducing our respect, strictly not allowed consume and make non-halal food within the villa (Muslim friendly)
7. It is strictly not allowed to alcohol consumption and illegal drugs within the villa
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. Smoking on premises that has been provided (outdoor area). We will impose a fine related to this.
9. Please guests can maintain the cleanliness of the environment, facilities, facilities & infrastructure, inside or outside the Villa. There is a fine of material responsibility for damage to property/facilities/existing facilities in the event of damage/loss
10. Guests are expected to clean and put back in place eating and cooking utensils such as plates, cups, spoons, pans, etc. - And clean BBQ equipment and refrigerators when finished.
11. At the end of the stay, all garbage must be collected in the trash or collected in the trash bags provided.
12. Not allowed to bring pets
13. Our worker have the authority to supervise and guide rental activities by carrying out established procedures
14. Please be wise in using electricity and water (not allowed to bring small/large portable swimming pools)
15. It is not allowed to move/remove/reactivate all available facilities!
If there is such a need please inform the host in advance.
16. If you need a rental for shooting, MV, commercial ads, YouTube content, etc. (no matter how big or how small the scale of your shooting is, please be honest in informing us at the beginning). You can contact the host directly for further information and conditions. We do not hesitate to stop/cancel these activities if there is a discrepancy in cooperation with the field.
