At 1100 meters above sea level directly on the Arosa-Litzirüti hiking and sledding trail, in the middle of a forest clearing surrounded by pine forest, mountains and sky, is the apartment "in da Brünst." Formerly a rustic pub, today a vacation home in Chaletchic: inviting, cozy, warm. A place to stay and relax.

The space
Although the apartment is located away from the hustle and bustle, in the middle of a forest clearing, the tourist resort of Arosa can be reached in just 7 minutes by car. Litzirüti train station is a 10-minute walk away. There is a train to Arosa or Chur every hour.

The apartment, which is approximately 70 m², is located in Chalet Rustica, where the hostess also lives. Guests have separate access to the apartment.

The apartment is composed by:

- an entrance area with wardrobe and waste station for waste separation;

- a fully equipped open kitchen-living room with oven, electric stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Extras: minibar and fondue set;

- a dining area, which is kept in the Grisons style and offers 5 seats (chairs, bench). The dining area not only invites you to dine, but also to a cozy game night;

- A reading corner (in the same room as the kitchen/dining area) with a comfortable armchair, stool, reading lamp and various books and magazines, board games;

- A living room with a two-seater sofa, beanbag and TV/radio (50-inch, full HD, Swisscom TV). The living room is located in a room next to the kitchen (without doors);

- A bedroom with a double bed (2 mattresses 200 × 90), reading lamps, atmosphere lamp, chair, luggage rack;

- A bathroom/toilet with sink;

- a hallway with a wardrobe (shelves only)

- and a "parlor" with sofa bed and table.

Right in front of the apartment is a small covered terrace with a deck chair and a wind-protected, covered dining area. Guests can of course also use the large lawn and the separate grill house with dining area (only in summer) and open fireplace. In summer there is also a bocce ball court in front of the house.

Parking on the property is free of charge.

During the summer season, all guests receive an Arosa Card with many inclusive services for the tourist resort of Arosa.

The apartment is suitable for 1-2 adults and max. 1 toddler. Pets are welcome!

For dogs, there is a minibar and other utensils for the stay (including dog bed, food bowl, toys). The meadow in front of the house is fenced in with a sheep fence in summer.

Access to the house is only possible in winter with all-wheel drive vehicles or vehicles equipped with snow chains (steep snow-covered forest path). In the event of heavy snowfall, the access to the house is usually cleared by noon on weekdays - but there is no guarantee!
If you want to be on the safe side, you can park your vehicle about 5 minutes walk away, park in an exhibition space on the main road. There is always a way out. In this case, we would transport your luggage with our vehicle to the apartment if the weather conditions permit. Before arrival, we will inform you about the road conditions and discuss access.

The apartment is not suitable for cat and dog hair allergy sufferers.

Animals live around the house. You have to expect duck chatter and dog barking (barely noticeable in the apartment).
