The space
Enter Bronyrhiw into a sun-soaked porch with space for walking boots and views of the bay and mountains.
The ground floor offers a cozy lounge with a real log-burner and starter pack of logs. Large corner sofa, cuddle-chair and a large Smart TV with DVD player. Find board games, a local information pack and a selection of DVDs.
The large dining room boasts a full-sized farmhouse table, comfortable seating and realistic woodburner. Exposed stonework, original features and real slate floors lead through to the showstopping kitchen. Bronyrhiw boasts a double cooker for your convenience, a Belfast sink and an abundance of worktop space and storage. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar and stools, making this a perfect gathering space.
Leading from the kitchen is a games room with a dart board and football table. There is a sofa and skylight. There is a utility/laundry area with washer, dryer and a sink.
Here you will find a downstairs WC and shower room with heated towel rail.
Bronyrhiw offers a large bedroom with King size bed and sea and mountain views. There is a large double bedroom with sea and countryside views, and a twin bedroom with full-sized single beds.
There is a separate dressing room with mirrors, dressing table and a hairdryer.
On this floor is also a large family bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate large bath and heated towel rail.
Back downstairs and opening out from the utility area and with double-doors out to the drive, is a garage for guests' exclusive use. This large space offers secure storage for bikes, kayaks, etc.
Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any queries about the space at Bronyrhiw.
Externally, there is an enclosed rear paved garden with plenty of seating and external lighting.
To the front of the cottage, with stunning views is another patio area with seating.
There is a private parking space with the property, as well as on-street parking.
Guest access
Full access to the house, front and rear patios and a private parking space.
Other things to note
Please be mindful that although the rear patio is fenced and walled entirely, the separate front patio is not completely secure for pets as the wall surrounding it is low.
Please note that these are steep steps at the property, leading to the front entrance, out to the rear patio and internally to the first floor.
The games room is a brand new addition for the enjoyment of our guests. Please be respectful and sensible when using the dart board and football table, so they can be enjoyed by our future guests too. Sorry, but the darts are strictly for over 16’s.
