This eclectic unit is tucked away right at the entrance of Broad Ripple Village's main strip! Walking distance to all you could want or need: Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, live music, markets, grocery stores, concert venue (The Vogue), theatre, hair salons etc Stylishly appointed this unit brings together original rustic charm and details with modern comfort. 100% GREEN ENERGY. Sleeps two adults comfortably. We consider a well behaved house trained animal for an additional fee.

The space
The main bedroom has a walk out deck for your private outdoor enjoyment. Moroccan tile and appliances contrast the rustic original charm and finish of the original hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets making for a charming experience. Warning: This is not a new build. Cabinetry, doors and floors are original to the home, adding charm through imperfections and soul to the home.

The home is not child proofed.

Comfortably accommodates 2 adults.

NOTE: We commit to providing basic necessities (soap, shampoo, TP…) for up to 3 nights stay after which it is up to the guest to source and tailor their supply needs at the nearby markets or stores.
