The space
The main bedroom walks out to a private deck for your outdoor enjoyment. Moroccan tile and modern appliances contrast the rustic charm and finish of the original kitchen cabinets and hardwood floors (worn look and finish.) They turn this space in a beautiful yet not so cookie cutter experience. Warning: This is not a new build. Cabinetry, doors and floors are original to the home, adding charm through imperfections and soul to the home.

Note the space is not child proof nor ideally set up for families with small children. It is a cosy space...

If concerned: the unit next doors (duplex A) has an identical floor plan except it has a standard tub and shower!

PET FEE: We Love pets! We consider hosting a house trained and well behaved pet for an additional pet fee that is not included in the nightly cost.

Smart Roku TV includes: Access to Amazon Prime, Netflix etc with your account passwords or sign up for 30 day trial during your stay (for free)...

Please don't be spooked: note that yard maintenance teams are scheduled to come by and maintain the lawn weekly during the season and that once a month, a meter agent (IPL) comes by and reads the electrical meter located on the back deck.

NOTE: We commit to providing basic necessities (soap, shampoo, TP…) for up to 3 nights stay after which it is up to the guest to source and tailor their supply needs at the nearby markets or stores.
