Located just minutes from Bristol Ski Resort, Honeoye and Canandaigua Lakes, it’s the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Unwind in the hot tub and take in the area's natural beauty from the spacious deck. Cozy up by the fire, and enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom for an easy and comfortable stay in the Finger Lakes region.

The space
Our unique 3-bedroom cabin comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The open-concept living area features cozy seating and a wood stove fireplace. Firewood delivery is available for purchase. Please request at least two days in advance to ensure delivery prior to your stay.

Guest access
There is a short driveway along the creek where you may park. Please note that you will then need to cross a footbridge over the creek and walk up a gravel path and some steps in order to access the cabin. We provide a cart to assist with transporting your luggage to and from the driveway. There is keyless entry with a smart lock and you have the entire house to yourself. There may be guests at the other house at times that may also access the shared areas (the footbridge and driveway) and the cart.

Other things to note
The cabin is located in a peaceful, rural wooded setting, and some aspects of country living may be new to some guests.

• The property has well water and a septic system. While the water is filtered and safe, some guests prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.

• Staying in the woods comes with the potential for encountering wildlife and critters. We have deterrents/traps in place to keep away unwelcome or bothersome critters and insects, and we ask that guests avoid leaving food or trash outside, clean up any indoor messes promptly. Bug and tick repellent is recommended when spending time outdoors during warm months.

• There is another guest house on the property that may be occupied during your stay. Some outdoor areas, including the driveway and footbridge, are shared. Please be mindful of quiet hours to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone.

• Please note that for safety reasons there are two exterior security cameras on the property. Both face the driveway and footbridge and are on at all times. Please do not block or tamper with the cameras in any way.

• We are unable to provide refunds due to wildlife, inclement weather or natural disasters, which are out of our control, including snow or ice, high winds, electrical storms, power outages, or flooding, etc.

Lifelong residents of the Finger Lakes region. We love to travel, but nothing compares to the beautiful lakes, waterfalls and small town charm of western NY. Summer on the water is perfection but the views can’t be beat any time of year, whether covered in snow or vibrant fall foliage.
