Parking NOT included, but may be possible to obtain a street parking pass, which lets you park with no time limit in many spots

Studio includes a small glass-top table/desk with two chairs, a comfortable couch, as well as several built-in cabinets and bookcases, and a small set of drawers in the closet. The bed is a pull-down "Murphy" bed. There is also a nice work desk with rolling chair and desk lamp. And wifi provided at no extra cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and gas range, along with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, and other kitchen items.

TV includes AppleTV, Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu streaming.

Pillows, comforter, bedding and towels are all available at no additional cost upon request.
