-- Please watch the noise: DC quiet hours are 10pm to 7am daily
-- No parties or gatherings; no smoking of any kind please
-- Main house above is 120 years old w/wood floors, so you'll hear footsteps above
-- Back yard and main house are not available to guests
-- Our dog plays in the back yard and might say hello at your kitchen window!
